The FIVESTAR Radiator Production Line provides a comprehensive solution for the production of header-type panel radiators. Our designs combine innovative design principles, unique control features, and quality construction to make the machines straightforward, versatile, and affordable.
The automated Panel Stacking Machine is a stacking machine used to arrange the panel assemblies into a fixture for the secondary welding operations. As panel assemblies are completed on the production line, each assembly is lifted from the conveyor and lowered to the staging array fixture. When the staging array fixture is full, it can be moved to the Horizontal Assembly Fixture for welding of header pipes to panel assemblies (Independent Machine). Another staging array fixture can then be loaded to the assembly for staging the next panel assembly.
