The FIVESTAR Radiator Production Line provides a comprehensive solution for the production of header-type panel radiators. Our designs combine innovative design principles, unique control features, and quality construction to make the machines straightforward, versatile, and affordable.
The Automated Panel Matching Machine is designed to position 2 halves of the panel assembly in the correct orientation to each other for further processing through the production line. The first half of the panel assembly is flipped over (180 degrees along the longitudinal axis of the panel). The second half or shell of the panel assembly is slid on top of the first half or shell. There position is aligned together via the neck or header pipe location on the panel and then indexed to the single spot welding application.
