Product Description

A. This machine has three sets of cylinders for positioning. They will be installed on one platform.
B. This machine is able to weld two types of ring closure with two sets of fixture and electrode, by simply adjustment.
C. Five points on the closure will be welded by one stroke, so the efficiency is high, while the labour intensity is low.
D. The lower electrode is made of a conductive plate and a U shaped copper electrode holder. A special welding fixture is assembled on the main cylinder of welding.
E. The control panel is use-friendly designed and English designed.

Work Process
1. Place the ring and closure into the fixture/mould.(2 seconds)
2. Press a switch to fasten them. (1 second)
3. Press a switch to start welding.(1 second)
4. Automatically release finished work piece and get it off.(2 seconds)
