The FIVESTAR Radiator Production Line provides a comprehensive solution for the production of header-type panel radiators. Our designs combine innovative design principles, unique control features, and quality construction to make the machines straightforward, versatile, and affordable.
The multi-spot welder is designed to make 6 rows of spots along the length of the radiator panel in the ribs of the panel. The top and bottom electrodes apply a clamping force hold the panels together for the welding process. The welding heads are mounted on T slots that allow center distances to be changed as needed.
The indexing of the radiator panel is automatically controlled via a servo control. The pitch of spots can be accurately positioned to facilitate the even distribution of internal pressure against the spot welds.
The multi spot welder uses 6 guns capable of 50kVA each. The welding guns are fired in pairs. The number of pairs that fire simultaneously is dependent on the input power available and/or the panel width.
